If you find yourself wandering the vibrant streets of Osaka, be sure to stop by the Cinnamoroll Cafe Osaka Namba Ebisubashi Store. Nestled conveniently at 1 Chome-5-14 Namba in the bustling Chuo Ward, this café is a delightful haven for fans of the beloved Sanrio character, Cinnamoroll. The café exudes charm and whimsy, offering an immersive experience that goes beyond just coffee and pastries.

Spread over three floors, the first immediately captivates with a well-stocked souvenir shop featuring an array of adorable Cinnamoroll-themed merchandise, from plushies to mugs. As you ascend, the atmosphere transitions into a themed wonderland, where every corner is adorned with enchanting décor that is sure to ignite nostalgia and joy among both kids and adults alike.

For those looking to savor the delightful offerings, be prepared for a slightly lengthy wait as the café often sees a bustling crowd. The staff, while friendly and accommodating, recommend arriving early to snag a spot, especially if you haven’t made a reservation for the third-floor dining area.

The menu presents an array of visually stunning dishes that embody the cuteness of Cinnamoroll. Customers rave about the cute presentations of cakes and drinks, with one reviewer sharing a special story about receiving a unique pin as a complimentary souvenir during their visit. However, patrons like 'Joma De Vera' and 'Yuka Y' note that while the design is charming, the flavor can sometimes take a backseat to aesthetics. The food may not compete with high-end culinary offerings, but the experience is undeniably unique.

As 'Natalia' points out, the cake stands out as a tasty option amidst the themed menu, while drinks offer a refreshing sip that adds to the overall experience. That being said, some customers have suggested that revisiting the visual presentation could elevate the experience even further, perhaps with more thematic cups to match the enchanting atmosphere.

Overall, Cinnamoroll Cafe provides a cute escape within Osaka, where every dish is an Instagram-worthy piece of art, and the sentimental value far outweighs a quest for the ultimate flavor profile. It’s a place to be embraced not only for the food but for the memories it creates. Whether you're a die-hard Cinnamoroll fan or just looking for a whimsical café experience, this is a stop not to be missed.

Opens at 11AM most days, and the line forms quickly for walk-in clients. First floor has the cashier and souvenir shop. Second floor for the walk-in customers. Third floor for those who made reservations. Food and drinks have cute designs but are only decent in terms of flavor, as expected of many theme cafes. Lots of souvenirs available on the first floor. Friendly and helpful staff who can understand and speak limited English.

Everything inside was beautiful, with a truly themed décor. You can buy Cinnamoroll-themed items like mugs, bags, plushies, and more. As for the food, the cake was very good and the drinks were tasty as well. The presentation of the food and drinks could be improved — new cups would definitely make everything look nicer and more in theme. Overall, I recommend it!

Super cute experience for both kids and adults. Booking the upstairs room is worth it for a guaranteed spot and not having to wait in line. We received a free pin as a souvenir and the food and drinks were adorable. The food was not the most tasty so just come with lowered expectations there.

We had a reservation for the 3rd-floor seating, which cost us an additional ¥1000/pax. Staff started seating people 5mins before the booking time. We ordered caramel lattes, the tiramisu and the shortcakes. Caramel latte: Nice but nothing spectacular. Unfortunately the face is just a piece of plastic or something that they put on top of the ice cream, but no big deal. Tiramisu: Frankly quite disappointing as it turned out so crumbly, and there really wasn’t any espresso taste. Overall just didn’t have much going on. Shortcakes: Not too bad, light and slightly fluffy, with a side of whipped cream and fruits. Bill came out to be around ¥6400. There was also a free keychain for each of us. Would recommend if you’re a Cinnamoroll fan like I am, otherwise probably pass.

This is a cafe that all Cinnamoroll fans will never miss. This cafe has 3 stories, the top only for reservations. Every story is nicely decorated and with the themed washrooms. The drinks and desert are not the best tasting, and the staff did their best to make the food look as best and similar to Cinnamoroll. The staff are not the friendliest, I would say. On the ground floor, they sell the merchandise. It's a great experience to add onto pur bucket list in Namba, Osaka, Japan.
